Data Processing Addendum

Feed Issue Doctor is designed to minimize personal data processing. V1 does not request customer data or order data.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a merchant, the merchant is the controller and we act as processor only to provide the app.

Processing Scope

• Shopify shop identity and session data.
• Product and variant catalog data needed for scan results.
• Scan issue records, ignored issue fingerprints, and scheduled scan settings.

Retention

We keep recent scan data only and delete or anonymize app-side shop data after uninstall or shop redact according to Shopify requirements.

Subprocessors

Expected subprocessors include:

• Shopify, for app installation, authentication, billing, and product catalog access.
• Vercel, for application hosting.
• Neon, for PostgreSQL database hosting.
• Resend, for scheduled scan summary email delivery when email summaries are enabled.

We use subprocessors only to provide and operate the app.
